Woodmont Industrial Partners Secures Major Lease at Newly Delivered Warehouse Distribution Facility in South Amboy

Woodmont Industrial Partners and Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. have executed a five-year lease with Wingtat Cargo for 96,000 sq. feet at the recently completed 111 Main St. in South Amboy. Underscoring strong tenant demand for modern, well-located logistics space in Central New Jersey, the lease coincides with the delivery of the newly constructed, 152,100 sq. foot Class A warehouse distribution facility within the city’s Broadway/Main Street redevelopment zone.
