Leasing launches for 199-unit WoodBrook at Randolph luxury rental community

Woodmont Properties and Canoe Brook Development have unveiled their latest joint venture, launching leasing at a 199-unit luxury rental property along Route 10 in Randolph.

Known as WoodBrook at Randolph, the complex comprises a four-story building with 97 traditional apartments and seven multi-story, townhome-style structures featuring a combined 102 units. The collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes at 8000 Crescent Circle is now on the market to renters alongside a series of amenities such as co-working space, a fitness center and yoga room, a resort-style pool, a social lounge, and a cutting-edge sports simulator and game den, among others.

Woodmont Grand Senior Living in Howell approved.

The Howell Planning Board approved the Woodmont Grand Senior Living building to be constructed at the corner of Route 9 N and West Farms Rd in Howell by a unanimous vote. The building will contain 130 apartments for seniors and consist of independent living apartments, assisted living apartments, and memory care apartments.
