Woodmont Properties Inks Long-Term, 36,600 s/f Lease

Woodmont Properties, a commercial and residential developer, announced that a global pharmaceutical company has a signed a 36,600 s/f lease at 400 Alexander Park, an office building in West Windsor Twp., which was recently renovated to attain LEED certification.

Woodmont Industrial Partners acquires 437,000 s/f warehouse in Pittston, PA

Woodmont Industrial Partners has acquired a 437,000 s/f warehouse building at 1 Commerce Rd. in Pittston. The former Penguin Random House LLC site, which served as one of the company’s book distribution centers, is now available for lease.
