Located in the heart of Red Bank's ("Hip City") arts and antiques district, is Woodmont's West Side Lofts. Being developed with friend and partner Metrovation Terranomics, this one of a kind mixed-use, artist loft project is a bellwether for downtown redevelopment in New Jersey. The approximately 2 acre site will include 90 lofts, 13,000 square feet of antique and unique retail space, a 221 car parking garage, a Triumph Brew Pub and six live/work artist lofts. The West Side Lofts is located at the intersection of West Front Street and Bridge Avenue adjacent to the new Two River Theatre and is fully approved. Construction will begin in 2012.
