Woodmont Properties, in a joint venture with The Applied Companies and Roseland Property Company, has converted Morristown's former Town Hall (the Vail Mansion) into a mixed-use site featuring 36 luxury condominium flats. Located in historic Morristown, New Jersey, this new community is a redevelopment on the original grounds of the historic Vail Mansion within steps of Morristown's library, Community Theater and fine dining. The Vail Mansion is a historic landmark originally built for the first chairman of AT&T, Theodore Vail, in the 1920s. The Mansion will be restored for commercial use as well as a private clubhouse for its residents.
