This community will provide Roxbury with severely needed active adult housing. Woodmont, with its partner John Muscarelle, will be delivering 260 luxury condominium flats in a three-phase project. The 208 market rate units are designed as spacious (approximately 1,750 square feet) two-bedroom homes with handsome dens and large kitchens. The remaining fifty-two units will be designated as COAH affordable housing units targeted to both moderate and low income families. Covered parking will be provided under each building with additional parking on grade. Amenities include several large clubhouses, a pool and hot tub, walking trails, libraries, meeting rooms, exercise rooms, computer rooms. In addition to these amenities, a community bus will also be provided for easy transportation to shopping in Ledgewood, Succassunna, and the Rockaway Townsquare Mall.
