Gene Preston is the Managing Principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners. He is responsible for the company's operations and for sourcing investment opportunities. Gene brings considerable industrial acquisition and development experience from his prior senior management positions with Rockefeller Group Development Corporations, Higgins Development Partners and ProLogis. Additionally, Mr. Preston has extensive experience in operating and obtaining permits for Foreign Trade Zones.
Eric N. Witmondt
Eric Witmondt is a Principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners. Eric is also CEO of Woodmont Properties, a regional real estate company which develops, builds, markets and invests in a diversified range of real estate. Through Woodmont Properties, Eric provides operating resources and capital market expertise to Woodmont Industrial Partners. Eric was named to the NJBIZ Real Estate Report Power 50 for the past two years in a row ranking #12 in 2010 & #24 in 2011.
Marc D. Lebovitz
Marc Lebovitz is a Principal of Woodmont Industrial Partners. Marc provides investment strategy and logistics expertise pulling from his ownership experience of two national third party logistics companies, East Coast Warehouse & Distribution and Romark Logistics. Marc is currently serving as President of Romark Logistics.
David Trager
David Trager is the Chief Investment Officer of Woodmont Industrial Partners. David is also Chief Investment Officer for Woodmont Properties. Mr. Trager's responsibilities at both companies include (a) raising debt and equity for the company's developments and acquisitions (b) structuring, negotiating and analyzing acquisitions and dispositions of both land and buildings (c) structuring joint venture opportunities and (d) special situations.
Dan Haynes
Dan Haynes is a Manager – Acquisition at Woodmont Industrial Partners. Dan is responsible for valuation, underwriting and closing acquisitions and financing, as well as, due diligence activities for WIP. Dan brings considerable capital markets experience to Woodmont Industrial Partners from his prior position as Financial Director within the Investment Sales Division at GVA Williams in New Jersey.
