The final segment of the Dover Landfill Redevelopment is a 59,000 square foot, 3-story, Class A office building designed by Rotwein and Blake. There will be 265 parking spaces serving the office building. Phase II serves as the perfect compliment to the FedEx Ground facility creating new tax ratables and many new jobs in the Dover area. Mayor Dodd recently remarked, "Woodmont scores a perfect ten as a Re-Developer, they delivered even more than we expected in a very thorough and professional manner."
