Well located distribution, warehouse, climate-controlled and flex buildings. Infill locations are preferred.
Markets
East Coast seaport and related inland port markets
Land
Only infill sites in land constrained port markets. Woodmont Industrial Partners has extensive entitlement and development experience.

Single asset or portfolios above $10,000,000
