Our in-house accounting, financial analysis, marketing, and legal capabilities, are complemented by the Woodmont Properties' on-site team led by our Director of Property Management and is supported by experienced building/field engineers, skilled maintenance mechanics and reliable property maintenance personnel. The job of this team is to implement a program of preventive maintenance, monitor existing equipment to minimize unforeseen emergencies, and properly maintain investment properties on a continuing basis.
